A good massage with a suitable massage cream or gel increases the blood circulation in your facial area which reduces wrinkles and pigmentation, making the skin look young and radiant. It also softens your skin and tones the facial muscles.  It also encourages healthy sebum production which helps to keep your skin cells moisturised.
You can choose from the following massage creams and prepare on your own at home

The final step of the fruit facial is to moisturise the skin. Use a cream based moisturiser if you have normal to dry skin or use a gel based moisturiser for oily to combination skin. After applying the moisturiser, leave it on the skin for sometime so that the cells can absorb it well.
Use a moisturiser which contains fruits like banana, peach, milk, strawberry, honey or cherry. They hydrate the skin by restoring the natural moisture in the skin thus making it soft and supple.

B. Gold Facial:

The next type of facial which is widely popular is Gold facial. Gold can not only worn as jewellery, but can also improve your skin and body.

The main ingredients of the gold facial include 24 carat gold, aloe vera extracts, sandalwood, and wheat germ oil. It is suitable for dry and oily skin types. However one should indulge in gold facial only once a month. You cannot prepare the gold facial at home, hence you need to purchase the kit from the market and do it at home. You can try using VLCC gold kit or Shanaz hussain gold kit for safe and effective results.
